It is day 4 without a kitchen here at the Gammons house. The only appliance functioning is the fridge which is in the formal dining room. My beloved microwave is somewhere in the garage, I miss her! I'm hoping to be inspired with this new and improved space. Maybe I'll start a new recipe a week from my favorite cooks, Elizabeth and Tonya. The boys are doing fine with all of this, loving all the commotion. Joe calls daily for his kitchen update...which I enjoy, because chats in the middle of the workday are rare! Will send the final product pics, hopefully the end of next week. Only 7 more days to go...
